Immediately following your visit with a QDoctor, you will be asked whether you would like a copy of your Encounter Summary to be sent to your primary care doctor. 

If you select “yes,” then a summary of your visit will be automatically sent to your primary care doctor, as listed on your patient profile.

If you select “no,” then your information will not be sent anywhere, and a copy of your Encounter Summary will be saved to your QDoc patient profile.
