Can I Delete My Account?

To delete your patient profile, click the trash can icon on your patient card. Note that QDoc will continue to store your encounter history for medical-legal reasons and in order to maintain an accurate medical record.

To reactivate a deleted profile, please send an email with your request to info@qdoc.ca.
