How can I get my lab test results?

  1. If you have not heard from a provider by a week after your samples were provided to the lab, please log on and start a visit with “Results Review” as your reason for visit category, to get a provider to go through your results with you.
  2. After they have been reviewed by a provider, results will be accessible on your patient card.
  3. Click “Results” on your patient card.
  4. QDoc will send a 6-digit verification code to the primary account holder’s phone – please enter it and click “Confirm”.
  5. When in “Results”, you will be able to see the name of the provider who ordered the test and the type of result.
  6. Click the “View” button to view your result. If needed, you can right click to save the document as an image to your device.
    • If you are using a smartphone, you may need to scroll to the side to see the “View” button.
