During your visit, the doctor will ask for your preferred pharmacy, where your prescription will be sent.
Please contact the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription is ready for pick-up.
If you can no longer access that pharmacy, please call the QDoc help line at 1 (833) 736-2362 and specify where you would like the prescription to be redirected.
