How can I access my prescription?

  1. During your visit, the doctor will ask for your preferred pharmacy, where your prescription will be sent. 
  2. Please contact the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription is ready for pick-up.
  3. If you can no longer access that pharmacy, please call the QDoc help line at 1 (833) 736-2362 and specify where you would like the prescription to be redirected.
