QDoc sends payments out to our doctors twice monthly: on the 15th (or the nearest business day) and on the last business day of the month. Please note that there are occasional circumstances, such as when a cut-off date lands on a holiday, where payment may be delayed.

We have been notified by the bank that EFTs can take up to 72 hours to be received. If you notice that your payments arrive later than anticipated, please let us know so that we can adjust accordingly.
