Scroll down to the bottom of the page to your Patient Profile.
Hover over your patient card and click on the pencil icon at the upper right corner. This is located right under the patient’s name.
QDoc will send a code to your phone to verify your account. If you do not have access to the phone number listed on your profile, select SMS and change the code delivery method to Email. Click “Resend”.
Enter the code and press “Verify”.
Edit your information as necessary and click “Save”.
