How QDoc works

QDoc is a tool physicians can use to work when they want, where they want. See patients conveniently from the comfort of your own home. QDoc focuses on ease of use and convenience for both doctor and patient. Governments and insurance companies are billed directly, you are notified by text when there is a patient to be seen, administration needs are handled, along with many more exciting features.

When there are patients to be seen, you will be notified by text. Click on the text if you want to, otherwise, another QDoc doctor will pick up the patient. If you are ready to see a patient, click “accept patient visit” and start an end to end encrypted video call with the patient.

A transcript of the visit is attached to the patient’s chart using voice recognition as well as an audio file. If the patient requires additional care, you may direct patients to be seen physically at either one of our partner clinics or your own clinic(s).

*QDoc is not a subsistue to seeing your own physician. Please see your own physician if possible first.
