How do I change my primary account holder?

  1. Go to theqdoc.com and log in.
  2. Scroll down to the patient card of the person who you want to become the account holder and click on the settings icon; it looks like a gear.
  3. Click on the “Activate” button beside “Make Account Holder” and it will become green and say “Active”
  4. Click on “Save”

Please note that this is only available on the web browser version of QDoc.
