We are excited to share with you the impact our platform is having on Manitoba’s healthcare system. With over 4000 patients per month, equivalent to approximately 160 patients per day, our virtual healthcare services are improving access to quality medical care for Manitobans, especially those in rural areas.
Around 76% of our patients live outside of Winnipeg, highlighting our efforts to assist Manitoba’s rural communities. We are bridging the gap between healthcare providers and patients by providing a reliable and secure platform that is easily accessible from the comfort of patients’ homes.
At this time, QDoc has enrolled 70 physicians from multiple specialties who are passionate about serving Manitobans regardless of their location or socioeconomic status. Moreover, our team of 28 collaborators is dedicated to ensuring that patients receive quality medical care and are provided with timely medical advice. Our team is constantly striving to increase our partnerships to better serve our communities.
Additionally, in November 2022 alone, we saved the province between 500 and 600 emergency room visits. This achievement is a testament to the importance of virtual healthcare for non-emergency services. By providing patients with virtual access to healthcare providers, we are reducing wait times, improving the quality of care, and saving healthcare resources.
Furthermore, in our alliance with educational institutions, we are providing opportunities for students and recent graduates to start their careers in a company that offers a variety of development and growth opportunities. We believe in nurturing talent and providing the right environment for them to grow.
