How QDoc works
Provider Support Joining QDoc How Does QDoc Work? QDoc focuses on ease of use and convenience for both provider and patient. QDoc is an online platform that physicians and nurse practitioners can use to see patients when they want, where they want, often from the comfort of their own home. You can receive optional texts letting you know how many people are in the waiting room, create same-day appointment slots that fit your schedule, or simply sign in to see who’s waiting. QDoc bills the provincial health system and select private insurance companies directly. This includes the WCB administrative paperwork. Administrative tasks are managed or coordinated by our administrative office staff, relieving you of much of the paperwork burden. This frees up your time and allows you to focus on patient care. As an ever-evolving platform, built exclusively for QDoc by our team of software developers, we are constantly adding new features and tools to make this experience easier for everyone. We are also open to suggestions and feedback from our patients and providers! Audio is recorded for all platform visits and is linked in the backend to the corresponding logged patient visit. They can be retrieved if needed. Should you feel that a patient would benefit from an in-person exam, a referral can be sent to one of our partner clinics, or you may see them in person at your own clinic. Similar Resources
