How often will I get paid?

How often will I get paid? QDoc sends payments out to our doctors twice monthly: on the 15th (or the nearest business day) and on the last business day of the month. Please note that there are occasional circumstances, such as when a cut-off date lands on a holiday, where payment may be delayed. We have been notified by the bank that EFTs can take up to 72 hours to be received. If you notice that your payments arrive later than anticipated, please let us know so that we can adjust accordingly. How do I get paid when the patient has private insurance?

How do I get paid when the patient has private insurance? QDoc will bill $90 per visit for MSH private insurance and $100 for other private insurance providers. Once these funds have been received from the insurance company, you will be paid 85% of those rates. Whenever a patient has to use their credit card to pay for a visit, they are charged $90. If they have private insurance, the patient can then file for reimbursement. QDoctors are paid 85% of the money we receive from the credit card processor.
