About Us

QDoc is a FREE online service to Canadian Residents that provides virtual medical services when YOU need them. QDoc connects you to quality doctors online that are ready to see you for any medical issue.

By signing up, you can virtually meet with a doctor, any place, any time. We take care of all the hassles for you and for the doctors. Ensuring that the doctors can focus on you. Skip the waiting rooms, here at QDoc, the doctors wait for YOU.

Our Mission

We’re on a mission to ensure equal access to quality medical care for all Canadians, regardless of their geographic location or socioeconomic status. No more long patient wait times, or unneeded emergency room visits.

This service is especially helpful for communities where access to medical care can be difficult- whether it is geographic or socioeconomic difficulties. All you need is a device and an internet connection, and you can speak to a local Manitoban doctor online at no cost.

How to Use QDoc

Seeing a doctor has never been easier. The QDoc team is working to make your experience secure, informative, and effortless. All you need to do is create an account and a patient profile; then you’re ready to see a doctor for quality medical care. QDoc.ca is a 24/7 virtual healthcare platform where you can see a doctor anytime from the comfort of your home. During peak hours, there may be a wait time, but you will receive a text message when the doctor is ready to see you.

Need help? No problem! Our team is eager to help you through the process. We have tutorials on our pages, and we are just a quick phone call or email away. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.

*Please be aware that QDoc requires that all patients use a device with a camera and microphone connection to speak with a doctor.

**QDoc is not intended as a replacement for your family physician
