Our Mission

We’re on a mission to ensure equal access to quality medical care for all Canadians, regardless of their geographic location or socioeconomic status. No more long patient wait times, or unneeded emergency room visits.

This service is especially helpful for communities where access to medical care can be difficult- whether it is geographic or socioeconomic difficulties. All you need is a device and an internet connection, and you can speak to a doctor or nurse practitioner online at no cost.

How to Use QDoc

*Please be aware that QDoc requires that all patients use a device with a camera, a microphone, and internet connection to speak with a provider.

QDoc.ca is a 24/7 virtual healthcare platform where you can see a healthcare professional anytime from the comfort of your home. During peak hours, there may be a wait time, but you will receive a text message when the doctor or nurse practitioner is ready to see you.
