QCodes are unique access codes distributed by participating healthcare and community partners, and individual QDoc providers. They provide eligible individuals with streamlined access to specific healthcare services, providers, and programs through QDoc.

Do you Need a QCode to use QDoc?

QCodes are one way to access healthcare through QDoc, but they're not the only way. Patients can still use QDoc independently to book appointments, connect with healthcare providers, and access a variety of healthcare services available on the platform.

How to Use Your QCode

Step 1

Create your account

Sign up and create a patient profile for you or your family member needing care. Then, click ‘Start a Visit’.

Step 2

Submit your QCode

Complete the pre-visit prompts. When you reach the "Reason for Visit" page, select "I have a QCode."

Step 3

Start a visit

Join the queue and receive a text message when the provider is ready to see you.

Currently available in Manitoba, NW Ontario, and Nunavut.
