You may update most of the information there; any health card number-related information must be updated by the patient calling the administrative office at +1 833-736-2362 Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Central Time. If they do not respond after several minutes, exit the encounter and mark it as ‘Incomplete – Do not bill’.
