Are there missed appointment fees?

If you miss your connection from the waiting list or same day appointment, there is no charge, just start a new visit to re-enter the live queue. However, if you miss your follow-up or consult appointment, or you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you are subject to a $70 late cancellation fee.  This fee must be paid before you are able to book another consult or follow-up appointment with any provider.
