Why use QDoc?

Provincially Funded Care

QDoc is a FREE virtual healthcare service, covered by provincial healthcare. Quebec and Canadian residents who do not have a provincial health card are able to use the service but may be billed for their visit.

Convenience and Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to access healthcare, any day of the week. We understand that there are a large variety of accessibility or lifestyle barriers that can’t always get you in-person help, and this is where QDoc comes in to assist in this gap.

Your Health is our Top Priority

No matter the concern, we are happy and dedicated to helping you. QDoc can prescribe medications, refer you to specialists, create lab and diagnostic imaging requisitions, write sick notes, and arrange physical visits at one of our partner clinics if necessary.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Create Account

Register your QDoc account with a valid email and password. Once you have registered an account, you may create a patient profile for yourself or your family members.

Join The Queue

Once you click "start visit" you will be added to our queue. When a doctor or nurse practitioner is getting ready you will receive a text on your cell phone. You will then be connected to one of our health care providers!

Treatment

"Begin your treatment plan with our doctor or nurse practitioner. After the visit is completed, access your encounter summaries, referrals, lab requisitions, test results, and other documents, all through your profile."
