Our software allows you to get the full-service offerings of a doctors office from the comfort of your home. QDoc connects you to quality doctors online that are ready to see you for any non-emergent medical issue. By signing up, you can virtually meet with a doctor, any place, any time.
QDoc is a free service for Canadian residents with a provincial health card, excluding Quebec residents.

Register your QDoc account with a valid email and password. Once you have registered an account, you may create a patient profile for yourself or your family members.
Once you click “start visit” you will be added to our queue. When a doctor is getting ready you will receive a text on your cell phone. You will then be connected to a local doctor!
Begin your treatment plan with our doctor and afterwards access your encounter summaries, referrals, lab requisitions and other documents, all through your profile.
Every day QDoc works hard to bring equal access to healthcare for everyone in Manitoba and bridge the gaps for those who are underserved in our province.
In response to updated regulations and through the hard work and dedication of our team, we have been able to secure contracts with the Northern Health Region, Southern Health-Santé Sud, and Prairie Mountain Health to streamline our ability to provide service and coverage in these areas.
Our dedication to our patients, no matter their socioeconomic status or geographical location, remains unchanged. As is the nature of this industry, these changes will likely show as increased wait times for our patients outside of the contract areas, as we develop the partnerships with all of the regions.
In addition, we have been onboarding more doctors to our platform, with more scheduled to start with us very soon. Our QDoc platform continues to grow in its ability to support the patients and our team of QDoctors remains committed to providing quality and timely service.
