You have full control over your time on QDoc. There are no shifts, schedules, or minimum hours — you simply log on whenever you’re available and see patients at your own pace. Whether you want to help a few patients or a full queue, the choice is always yours.

You’ll be paid twice a month — on the 15th (or the nearest business day) and on the last business day of the month. Payments are processed and sent out on those scheduled pay dates.

During onboarding, we show you exactly how to choose the correct tariffs and review the most commonly used ones. Our billing team handles the rest: they verify, submit, and correct any rejected claims for you. You can focus on patient care while we take care of the paperwork.

QDoc has partner clinics across northern Manitoba and in Winnipeg where patients can be seen in person when needed. If a patient is outside those areas, you can connect with other QDoc providers across the province for guidance on the closest appropriate in-person option. Our network makes it easy to help patients get the care they need, wherever they are.

QDoc gives you complete flexibility. There are no minimums, quotas, or set schedules — you log on and see patients whenever it works for you.

Yes — you’ll be notified when results are ready. You can add a brief comment for the patient, and if results are abnormal, you’ll follow up directly. Unreviewed results are escalated to ensure timely care.
