How to get referred

Step 1: Start a visit

- Join the queue on QDoc by selecting 'mental health' and 'ADHD Screening' as your reason for visit.
- Fill out the necessary pre-visit and pre-screening forms.
- Connect with one of our providers.

Step 2: Request a referral

If appropriate, the provider may refer you to our Adult ADHD Clinic or Children’s ADHD Clinic.

Step 3: Begin Referral Process

The referral process will be sent and you will be notified on the status and booking of your consultation appointment.
